There is a specific need for feedback from residents and family of those living in care, residential or nursing homes. Currently when older people need to make a very difficult decision there is an absence of ‘real time’ information about care homes. Partners from across Gwent working with the Good Care Guide have launched a pilot Called “Think About Me” which will allow people to find, rate and review residential and nursing care in Gwent with The Good Care Guide a ‘trip advisor’ style website for care homes.
