It was a day filled with fun and excitement, and a great opportunity for Residents, their loved ones, and members of the local community to get together and get creative, whilst recognising the important work that care teams do, day in day out, to care for vulnerable members of our society. As part of the celebrations HC-One homes across the country were also raising money for HC-One’s charity partner Marie Curie. Trafalgar Park raised £55.50p for the charity. HC-One Trafalgar Park Care Home Manager, Sadie Hunt, said: “It was an absolutely fantastic day. It was lovely to see the young and the elder members of the community reminiscing and having fun together. I am grateful to the Mayor who took time out of her busy schedule to join us and take the opportunity to chat with some of the residents.”
